The Tsugami M08SY Turning Center with Y-axis performs highly complex machining, such as turning, drilling, boring, cross-drilling, and CNC milling. The main and sub-spindle is equipped with integral built-in spindle motors which minimize vibration and provide superior accel/decel for heavy-duty cutting and fine finishing. The Y-axis enables off-center CNC milling of complex parts, and incorporating the sub-spindle eliminates the need for secondary operations.

The VF-2TR is a versatile 5-axis machining center based on the popular VF-2 VMC platform. It provides full simultaneous 5-axis motion or can position a workpiece to almost any angle for machining. For added flexibility, the trunnion is mounted directly to the machine’s standard T-slot table, and can easily be removed when jobs require only 3-axis machining.

The innovative CL-1 is an ultra-compact CNC chucker lathe that comes standard with an 8-station automatic turret, making it ideal for dedicated small-part production, second-op parts, or short runs and prototyping small parts, such as those found in the communications, aerospace, medical, and dental industries. The CL-1 can be moved easily with a pallet jack or equipment dolly, and is small enough to fit into most freight elevators.
